Just so you know, there is an epidemic of heart failure right now. It is most definitely on the rise! I really don't know why there is so much attention being brought to the reduction in the cause of death from coronary artery disease. If you don't die of coronary artery disease, but suffer much longer and die of heart failure, aren't you still dying of heart disease?

Yes, Now a days we can see that the death rates from most major causes — including heart disease and cancer .The main problem for heart is consumption of trans fat, found mainly in partially hydrogenated vegetable oils and widely used by the food industry, has been linked to an increased risk of coronary heart disease .
